Historic Center Stage

Center Stage History

Center Stage dates back to 1924 when it was constructed by the Episcopal Church as a meeting house for summer music camps. Recognized as a Jefferson Country Landmark in 2021, and named as one of the top ten places in Colorado to see live theatre by Best Things Colorado, Center Stage is owned by Ovation West Performing Arts. It serves as the organization’s home base, and a venue for numerous local arts organizations, as well as a community gathering place. Over the years and to this day, regional and national artists include Center Stage on their performances tours.

SOUNDS OF SILENTS -  Local pianist, composer, and arranger Patrick Lee creates and performs original piano accompaniments to classic silent films from over 100 years ago. These popular evenings combine the best aspects of both on-screen and live entertainment.
